I consent to the media being used or published on any number of occasions and in digital or printed form. Some examples are: Social Media advertising, website, audio advertisements, Youtube, and in print in local media. I understand the purpose of this collected media (photographs, audio, video), is for the purposes of promotion of Quirky And Or Queer and advancing social justice. If for any reason I feel like my image is being used in ways which does not advance social justice, I can contact Tyler Colbourne and raise concerns, but the ultimate decision rests with Tyler Colbourne. I understand that Tyler Colbourne will not be required to notify me prior to the use or release of the media.
